Design the marketing launch of the public safety software suite to showcase technology while appealing to a varied user base.

In public safety technology, this company offered a unique, end-to-end solution. Design's goal was to elevate this industry-leading software, creating an interactive, user-centric experience that showcases advanced technology and connects with a broad group of users across the public safety workflow. It was important to balance this complex information design activity delicately with the overarching aesthetic goals of the launch to arrive at the premium look and feel of the final concepts.

Connecting to simplify

Targeting procurement specialists and diverse day-to-day users, we aimed to reveal the suite's unique advantages and align them with the specific demands of these varied roles. The objective was clear: demonstrate the real-life impact and personal relevance of the technology.

This rebranding effort was pivotal in earning a spot on Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies list in 2022, with a significant surge in technology suite orders.

As a pioneering project, we needed to navigate through high expectations and diverse senior leadership viewpoints, a testament to the power of design in unifying and guiding complex decision-making processes. The successful launch of CommandCentral set a precedent, guiding the design of subsequent core pillars and showcasing the adaptability of our approach.

This project highlighted the transformative impact of user insights in design. The simple yet profound slogan "Save clicks. Save seconds. Save lives." became our design mantra, guiding us in our commitment to ethical and empathetic design.
